The Newark Public Schools Facilities Database has been developed to document the physical characteristics of all district-owned instructional spaces so as to inform operational management and capital planning decisions. This website serves as a central repository for the most commonly requested information and as such serves as a source of objective data in the service of the numerous interested parties, including; District Administrators, Facility Management staff, and associated Consultants.

Each school facility has been documented using uniform sampling methods by licensed architects and engineers so as to provide an objective basis of comparison.
